Harold Fannin Jr brought the boom in 2024, producing at record-pacing results in 13 games, making 117 catches for 1555 yards and 10 touchdowns for the Falcons of Bowling Green. His skill set has drawn the attention of the media. NFL scouts also noticed him. They assigned him rare sophomore grades before the 2024 season.

Harold Fannin Jr is a little bit smaller than most of the tight ends in this class, making his projection a little bit harder than most.
My main concern with Fannin is his athletic profile. At his size, he projects better as an H-Back or a big slot, but is he quick enough through his breaks? He looked heavy at times in 2024, with sluggish feet. How he approaches his pre-draft process will be critical. The Senior Bowl appearance coming up at the end of the month will be key, but my projection early is much lower than concensus.
TE Harold Fannin Jr, Bowling Green

- Strong, stout upper body.
- Physical runner after the catch.
- Flashes very good explosive ability.
- Reliable receiver after the catch. Good hand strength.
- Does an excellent job of creating good catch angles consistently.
- Improved drastically in 2024 with his catch through contact ability.
- Ran a very diverse route tree at Bowling Green from a variety of places in the formation.
Cons:
- Average athletic ability, should test about average for tight ends.
- Struggles to change direction, looks like a very top heavy athlete who plays with a high pad level.
- Doesn’t accelerate very well, needs a few extra steps to get moving.
- Lacks the body control to adjust to footballs placed outside of his frame.
- Doesn’t stretch the field vertically as well.
- Doesn’t handle contact well through his route.
